Step 1: Cleanser (Prepare)

  1. Dampen skin with lukewarm water.
  2. Use a dime size amount of cleanser and work between hands and apply to face.
  3. Massage into face and neck for 30 to 60 seconds.
  4. Rinse with lukewarm water or remove with cloth.
  5. Pat skin dry.

Step 2: Exfoliate (2-3 times a week)

  1. Cleanse face. Refer to step 1.
  2. Using a nickel size amount of exfoliating scrub, place in hand with a drop of water.
  3. Gently rub in circular motions all over face for 30-60 seconds.
  4. Rinse with lukewarm water.
  5. Pat skin dry.

The Benefits of Exfoliating

  • Exfoliating fades age spots by removing dead skin cells containing the pigment.
  • Unclogs pores and allows the release of natural skin oils.
  • Minimizes pore size and superficial scars.
  • It makes fine lines and wrinkles look less visible because the newly exposed layer of skin reflects light better.
  • Allows better absorption of moisturizers, antioxidants and collagen-boosting serums.

Step 3: Mask (1-2 times a week)

  1. Complete steps 1 & 2 for optimal results. (This will allow mask to penetrate deeper).
  2. Use a facial brush to apply a thin layer of mask (wash brush after every use and allow to dry before storing).
  3. Leave mask on 15-20 minutes.
  4. Rinse with lukewarm water.
  5. Apply toner using a cotton ball (Toner locks in all benefits of the mask).

Step 4: Toner (2 times a day)

  1. Cleanse skin. Refer to step 1.
  2. Add small amount of toner to cotton ball.
  3. Apply toner to face and neck.
  4. Let skin air-dry.

  • Remove environmental toxins.
  • Tighten facial pores.
  • Reduce the amount of facial blemishes.
  • Provide hydration and reduce signs of aging.

    Step 5: Serums (Prevent & Treat)

    1. Cleanse and tone skin. Refer to step 1 & 4.
    2. Add 2 drops to palm of hand.
    3. Use open palm (not fingertips) to apply serum to face.
    4. Wait 5 minutes to let skin absorb serum before adding moisturizer.

    • Reduce spots, scars, and pimples.

    • Diminish dark circles and fine lines.

    Step 6: Oils/Moisturizers (Protect)

    1. Cleanse, tone, & apply serums. Refer to steps 1, 4, & 5.
    2. Add a penny size amount to hands.
    3. Dab moisturizer onto face and neck.
    4. Spread the moisturizer by using a swirling motion.
    5. Blend into skin and allow to dry 1-2 minutes.

    • Hydrates by holding water in skins outer layers.
    • Protects skin by keeping toxins out.
    • Helps anti-aging ingredients work better.
    • Softer younger looking skin.

    Step 7: Eye Cream

    1. Cleanse & tone, apply serum, & moisturize skin. Refer to steps 1, 4, 5, & 6.
    2. Apply a pea-sized amount of cream to each eye.
    3. Dab small dots under and around eyes and along brow bone.
    4. Pat cream from inner corner to outer corner until absorbed.
    5. Allow to dry 1-2 minutes.

    The Benefits of Eye Cream

    • Brings moisture around the eye (very little oil glands in the eye area).
    • Plump up the skin with hydration.
    • Strengthen fragile skin around eyes and creates a youthful glow.
    • Reduce puffiness, fine lines, wrinkles and under-eye circles.

    Step 8: Day Cream (Protect)

    1. Last step in daytime skin care routine.
    2. Spread a thin layer over areas exposed to daylight.
    3. Massage layer into skin.
    4. Allow to dry so it absorbs properly.
